About

Emma Callow

I am a qualified nutritional therapist and yoga instructor, with additional restorative and Mum & baby yoga qualifications and over 5 years experience.

I have a passion for helping women feel good within themselves.

I am firm believer that we shouldn't feel our lives are out of our control, and the environment we bathe our bodies in truly matters.

I take a holistic approach to supporting health and wellbeing to nourish from the inside out; in mind, in body, in gut, in spirit.

I am fortunate enough to have been able to study and now practice the things that have not only changed my life for the better, but also taught me there is another way to live well. I went down the typical fast paced, stressed-fuelled London lifestyle when I pursued a career in advertising in my early 20's. At the time I didn't realise the affect it was having on my health, and it wasn't until I started noticing problems that I began to take stock.

Firstly I experienced poor gut and immune health (I was always the classic always ill person), followed by a diagnosis of Endometriosis and subsequent stress issues. I began to look for alternative wellbeing methods - I got really into yoga following travels to Asia, and then sparked an interest in nutrition when I took steps to improve my gut health and saw results.  When I became a mother the goal posts changed somewhat! But it gave me additional perspective and I now understand how important it is to look after your own wellbeing as well as being a caregiver to other little (and not so little!) humans. Being able to combine the benefits of nutritional therapy with yoga in order to help others is an absolute joy and honour, especially when so many (like me!) are faced with juggling family, fast-paced modern living, work and social commitments.

I look forward to working with you soon.

Please feel free to contact me via email with any enquiries.
