Toddler Yoga

Toddler classes have now ended for the summer term.

I am doing a one-off summer class on the 8th August at 10am at the Stride Centre.

Bookable from the class schedule from the link below.

From September weekly classes will be:

Date: Every Friday

Time: 10am

Venue: The Stride Centre, Denvilles

Price: £30 for block of 4 classes

£45 for block of 4 classes + sibling

£9 pay as you go

£4 first taster class

If you want to do drop ins please go directly to the class schedule and select the date you'd like to come.

Restorative yoga will be continuing once a month in 2025.

Next Date: 7th August

Time: 7:30-9pm

Venue: Green Door Centre

Price: £18

This 1 hour 30 minute session will include meditation, breathwork, long held, deeply restorative poses and yoga nidra.

A nourishing hot drink and snack will also be provided.

You are guaranteed to leave this class feeling restored, relaxed and ready for the week ahead.

Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Thank you to everyone who came and participated in the mother's wellbeing morning back in February.

It was a wonderful morning of community and self love, with some great taster classes and tasty snacks!

I will be putting on another one in due course - because we all need our cup filling from time to time!

He finally arrived! Little baby Jake is here and we've been enjoying a wonderful summer bonding as a new family of four.

Now that I'm coming out of the newborn phase, I'm thrilled to announce that

Mum and baby yoga classes will be returning to the Green Door Centre in Bosham every Tuesday from 8th October!
