But what do I do?
Through personal experience navigating my own health journey, working with the conditions and symptoms I suffer from, I have a special focus on supporting women who are experiencing stress, burn out, hormonal issues and weight issues. I also help empower new and expectant Mums to reclaim their bodies through Mum & baby yoga classes and specialised nutritional support.
My packages utilise nutritional therapy, yoga and breathwork techniques to work naturally and synergistically with your body to help regain balance and harmony.

I am based in Chichester and hold in person Mum & baby, vinyasa and restorative yoga classes, as well as nutritional therapy consultations in the local area. I also offer online classes and consultations to clients based further afield.
