Redefine
Your Postpartum Journey
Nourishment, movement and calm support to help you find your way back to you again

I help postpartum women who feel overwhelmed, anxious about their health, and depleted beyond sleepless nights to gently rebuild energy, balance hormones, and feel calm and confident in their bodies again.

Does this feel familiar?
-
You’re tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix
-
You worry about your health more than you want to admit
-
You know something isn’t right… but don’t have the time or energy to figure it out
-
Your body doesn’t feel like yours anymore
-
You feel snappy, teary, foggy, or flat — and it's not you
-
You put everyone else first and keep telling yourself you’ll sort you out later
If you’re quietly thinking, “Yep, that’s me” — you’re exactly where you’re meant to be
You don’t have to keep pushing through.
There is a way to feel better.
Hi, I'm Emma
If you’re here, chances are you’re doing everything for everyone else…and quietly running on empty.

You might be exhausted.
Worried about your health.
Caught in a cycle of Googling symptoms and feeling more anxious.
Telling yourself this is “just part of being a mum” — even though it doesn’t feel right.
I see you. And you’re not imagining it.
Your body has been through so much. Feeling overwhelmed or not quite yourself is common — but it doesn’t have to be your normal.

I support women in any stage of postpartum recovery to gently move from survival mode back to steadier ground, using nourishing food, simple routines and calm, realistic support that fits into real life.

I’m a mum too — and I know how easy it is to put yourself last.
You matter. And when you feel supported, your whole family feels it.

Which is why I offer a completely free, no obligation call to speak for 30 whole minutes before we even start working together. I call it a Health Reset call, and it's your chance to talk through where you're at, and where I might be able to support you.
Feel like you need to chat? Book in your Reset call today.

Why work with me?
I don’t believe you need fixing.
I believe you need support.

I take a gentle, whole-person approach — combining personalised nutrition, calm support, and simple movement, so you’re supported in a way that feels realistic, not rigid.

When you work with me, you’re not just given a plan and left to get on with it. You’ll have space to talk things through, practical guidance you can actually use in real life, and gentle ongoing support to help you stay steady when life gets busy or energy dips.
There’s no pressure to change everything at once. We start with what feels manageable and build from there — in a way that fits around you and your family.

KIND WORDS FROM CLIENTS
BETH, A
Baby yoga has been great fun! Emma is a great teacher and adapts the class to what you are able to do at that point in your postpartum recovery. It’s been lovely to do something that both myself and my baby have enjoyed!

I’ve found my time with Emma to be truly life-changing. I was struggling with so many health conditions. Her professionalism, knowledge, and gentle support helped guide me in the right direction.
And now, weeks on, I can honestly say I feel like a much better version of me. So many people have noticed the change in my energy and overall wellbeing, and I’m absolutely loving how it feels to be well again.

Emma’s mum and baby yoga was so much fun for me and my baby, I loved coming each week and learning yoga whilst also making sure our babies were at the centre of the session. Emma is a great yoga instructor and I’d recommend her and her mum and baby classes to any new or expecting mums :)

I’ve been attending yoga with my little girl since she was a few months old. Emma is a fantastic instructor—warm, knowledgeable and so welcoming. The sessions were a wonderful way to meet other parents and to gently stretch and release muscles I didn’t even realise were tight. I’ve absolutely loved the added bonus of Emma’s brilliant nutritional support and guidance along the way, and would highly recommend it to any new parent.
