Mum Nutrition Hub

An online course specifically designed to support new mums through nutrition

Are you a new mum struggling to take care of your own health? 

I have created a community based course just for you!

 

Whether this is your first or fifth baby, and no matter what stage you are postnatally, there will be something to benefit you in this course.

 

The course spans 5 weeks, with option for in person or online meet ups once a week on an agreed day and time. We will cover a range of different topics related to supporting postnatal mums through nutrition and lifestyle.

This course is more than just learning about how good nutrition can improve your overall wellbeing in the postnatal phase; it's a chance to share your health journey with other mums who are in the same boat, to talk openly about any issues you are facing, or concerns you have, and it's a fun way to challenge yourself to eating for nourishment rather than survival.​​

I am only opening this course up to a small number of women for each term to enable me to keep it intimate.
