
Yoga Classes
I trained as a vinyasa yoga teacher, becoming qualified in 2018. Since then I have also gained qualifications in restorative, postnatal, mum & baby and toddler yoga.
You may have noticed my love of learning new skills!

Mum & Baby Yoga
This is a wonderful class for any new Mum who is looking to stretch out tired muscles and bring in some gentle movement to their routine.
The focus is very much on postnatal rehabilitation for Mums, and the yoga practise is tailored to which stage of postnatal recovery you are in.
We centre around core work and pelvic floor strengthening, as well as tension points in the shoulders and lower back.

We welcome babies from 8 weeks+ (depending mostly on how Mum feels, and the type of birth), and they love the use of songs and props during the class, as well some baby yoga warm ups!
​
We also take the time for a chat and a chance to feed/ change babies at the end of class. It's a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment to bring your baby to, with some time to focus on you.

Classes are every Tuesday at 11:30am at The Green Door Centre, Bosham.

Toddler Yoga
Toddler yoga is a fab way to introduce your toddler to the basics of yoga in a fun, open environment.
​
We utilise lots of different props, songs, imagery and stories to learn about basic yoga poses, new ways to move your body, balancing skills and, perhaps most importantly, the power of stillness!
​Suitable from walking-pre school.

Restorative Yoga
This is one of my favourite classes, and one that so many people can benefit from, because we rarely take the time to give our bodies the rest it deserves!
​
During this 1 hour 30 minute session we slow things down and concentrate on long held, deeply restorative poses, which allow for full release of muscle tension. Also included is meditation, breathwork, and yoga nidra, so that we can holistically relax the entire body, resetting your nervous system, and allowing you to fully let go.
A nourishing hot drink and snack is also provided.

You are guaranteed to leave this class feeling restored, relaxed and ready for the week ahead.

Suitable for all ages and abilities.
